We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Broker’s Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to join our small, close-knit real estate office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, takes initiative, and wants a position where the right person can truly make the role their own . In a small office, there is plenty of opportunity to learn, contribute, take on new responsibilities, and grow with the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and general computer systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Dependable and possess strong work ethic

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting the Broker and agents with day-to-day administrative needs
• Coordinating real estate transactions from contract through closing
• Managing documents, deadlines, and transaction files
• Communicating with clients, agents, title companies, lenders, HOAs, and vendors
• Assisting with listings, showings, marketing, and general office operations
• Helping keep transactions organized and moving forward
• Other administrative and operational responsibilities as needed
• Social Media skills a plus!
