Property management company seeking experienced property maintenance technician for single family homes and commercial buildings in Milwaukee.
We are seeking an individual that is looking to become a member of our team. Pennybag is looking for a person who will be a dedicated team player for the growth and goal attainment of the company. Routine Maintenance and Repairs to include:
* Minor Electrical
* Minor Plumbing
* Minor HVAC
* Drywall repair, patching, painting, and woodwork refinishing
* Window repair
* Minor roof repair
* Siding and door repair
* Minor tile repair
* Changing locks and deadbolts
* Carpentry skills
* Handyman skills
* Grass cutting, snow removal, and salting
* Installation of windows and doors
The candidate must:
* Be mechanically inclined
* Be able to adapt to multiple personalities and not get flustered easily
* Be a Positive, Energetic, Happy Person
* Be proud of their job, their willingness to dissect issues and correct certain situations
* Have their own truck
* Have their own basic tools
* Be very responsible
* Be drug free
* Able to take emergency service calls
* Be willing to learn and excel
* Have an understanding of housing, inside and out
* Must be able to work with other staff members as well as on their own
* Must be able to take constructive criticism.
The position is 35 - 40 hours per week, with plenty of room for growth.
